These terms govern your use of nursingexamacademy.com (the "Site"), operated by Samira Haddad Soto, Mexico City, Mexico ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
1. Educational purpose only
The Site provides original practice questions and study materials to help you prepare for nursing entrance and licensing exams. Our materials are not official exam content, and results on our practice tests do not predict or guarantee any score on an official exam.
2. No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Assessment Technologies Institute, LLC (ATI), Elsevier, the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, or any other exam owner. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the exams our materials help you prepare for.
3. Purchases
Paid products, when offered, are sold through our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, receipts and applicable sales taxes. The price, what is included and the access period are shown before purchase. Refund terms will be stated on the checkout page.
4. Your use of the materials
All questions, explanations and other content on the Site are our original work and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your personal study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publish them without our written permission.
5. Accuracy
